When Rose Drive Baptist Church purchased Magnolia Memorial Park, the church adopted these three goals:

1. To provide effective ministry and assistance to individuals and families in the time of need.

2. To try to keep the costs of burial arrangements at a reasonable level so that families would be able to provide for their loved ones.

3. To use the revenue from the park to improve and develop the cemetery and to invest additional funds, if available, in other people helping ministries.
